My expectations of the chapter

Take initiative in learning from this experience, ask me any question that pops into your head, and use me as a resource to understand and feel more connected to our work overseas. I’ll try my best to get you as involved as possible, but you need to work at it too!
Read my blog! Please comment on my blog so I know you’re reading it.
Give me feedback. What can I do to improve? Positive and negative feedback is a gift, so please don’t be shy. I’m open to hearing it anytime.
Include me on chapter happenings. If you have a chapter meeting or you’re all at a retreat, try to let me know it’s happening or fill me in on what happened.
